We teach you our SR method which you could implement yourself by assessing and sourcing properties. We do offer wholesale properties independently through our development company and if our properties are not suitable for you there are students in our community who can source properties for you. You can connect with them through the private facebook community.
We do recommend you subscribe to our preferred property data platform which will help you select high performing properties.
We go out of our way to provide free alternatives to paid data sources etc, but the cost for the subscription is around $150 per month with our discount code and it can be turned on and off when you need to use it.
The content is delivered through an online platform which can be accessed via a computer or your smart phone. You will have a user specific login to the platform once you enrol into the course. The content includes videos and downloadable resources.
There is an App for IOS and Android so you can learn while talking a walk, at the gym or on your commute.
The course is designed for beginners to advanced investors.
