How much capital do I need to buy a development property after I finish your course?

You can buy a development property with virtually $0. We do recommend though you have at least a few thousand dollars for incidental set up costs plus the cost of the course. To buy property with little money down you will need to implement the creative strategies that we teach in the course which do require more work than if you are starting out with more money.  

How long will the course take?

The course is designed to be completed in 7 weeks, however you can complete faster or slower if you wish as it is self paced. We find most students complete the course in the recommended time frame.

How soon can I start looking for property once I join the course?

Depending on how fast you work through the course material, you can start looking for properties from day one or it could be after a couple of weeks. Week 2 of the course has exercises to start looking for development properties.

How much does Develop It course cost?

The cost of the course is less than half a typical Buyers Agent fee and half a typical real estate agent’s commission for a single property. We give you LIFETIME access to the course material, LIFETIME access to all regular course updates, and LIFETIME access to the private community forum. We also offer a substantial discount if you purchase multiple courses together. You only pay our course fee once and you can do unlimited developments with the knowledge and refer back to the material in future years.

The Develop It Course including Lifetime Access to the members only community forum is $6,990 including GST. The Develop It mentoring program is $9,990 inc GST. You can either pay upfront, or pay in instalments. Please speak to one of our team to ask about our payment plans.

Are there any other costs I need to pay to implement the course?

We do recommend you subscribe to our preferred site selection and property data platform.

We go out of our way to provide free alternatives to paid data sources etc, but the cost for the subscription is around $200 per month and it can be turned on and off when you need.

Can I talk with Adam before I join the course?

Adam is very giving with his time however for him to best serve new students Adam cannot be available for enrolment calls. When you join the mentoring program you will have direct support from Adam. Adam’s team are students of our courses and are very successful property investors in their own right. They will be able to assist you with any queries you may have before joining the course.

Are their opportunities in the group to joint venture with another student?

Yes we have students who join forces to do deals together. Students understand the right development process and we have thorough lessons about structuring joint ventures including an extensive checklist. You have lifetime access to the private community forum to connect to other students in the course. 

Do you help find a property development for us?

We teach you how to source your own development sites using the same methods we use. We do source some smaller development sites (such as duplex’s and dual key) for students from time to time. If our properties are not suitable for you there are students in the group who source sites for other people.  You can connect with them through the private community forum.

Can I actually do a development after doing the course?

Yes! This is the one and only development course that we offer. There is no upgrade or upsell which means all of the information you need to do your own development is contained in this course. We do recommend though that you are part of the mentoring for us to answer any project specific questions you make have.

How is the course content delivered?

The content is delivered through an online platform which can be accessed via a computer or your smart phone. You will have a user specific login to the platform once you enrol into the course. The content includes videos and downloadable resources.

There is an App for IOS and Android so you can learn while talking a walk, at the gym or on your commute.

Is this course for experienced investors or beginners?

The course is designed for beginners to advanced investors. Those who have never bought property before, and also those who already have multiple properties or completed their own property developments. The course covers both the basics and fundamentals, and quickly progresses to advanced strategies that anyone can learn and apply.

We have many brand new investors, and also many experienced investors in the courses.

Do you have a trial version?

No. We do have FREE training on each of our programs and we offer various free content and insights through our social channels.

I’ve done other courses and still haven’t gotten the results I wanted?

There are many other basic courses out there, and I’m sure some cheaper ones. You “get what you pay for”, and if another course is cheaper (or more expensive in many instances) what else are they selling you? Does the trainer have runs on the board or do they just make their money from course sales? We have found many educators make most of their money selling courses and actually do not practice what they preach!  Our core business is property investment and development and we provide you with the same systems that we use in our own property business.

When it comes to buying a property this is probably the biggest single most investment in your life. Why save a few dollars to risk many hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions of dollars.

There are no other courses like ours in Australia that includes the strategies that are being used every day by the founder and many students, not just theory. We know our systems work but they have to be done the way we teach.

Do you have a guarantee?

Absolutely. We guarantee that if you keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll keep getting the same results. With that said, we guarantee that our system works if you are willing to learn and implement it.

Meet your coach

Hi I’m Adam, I’m your property educator and I’m also a property developer and investor.

I have been developing my own properties for over 12 years and run an investment and development company, ADPEN.

I got started in property development with no money and no prior knowledge about property. A mentor showed me a strategy to make $100,000 and at the time that was way more than I was making in my full time job as a graduate engineer, and I got very excited.

I started off like many, not knowing anything about property but before I bought my first property and locked myself into a lifetime of debt, I invested in property mentors. I paid these mentors a lot of money, hundreds of thousands of dollars in fact for their time and expertise to teach me about property, and it paid off. I didn’t have anyone else in my network that had the results and who were willing to spend hours teaching me everything they knew to become successful.

Hey if I can do it, I believe it is possible for anyone to duplicate what I have done and hopefully do it faster. Just to give you an insight into my journey and show you that anything is possible here is my story…. I was born in the regional town of Innisfail in north Queensland. I grew up in a very modest household and we moved around a lot when I was a child to regional mining towns as my father was chasing work. My parents were only 22 years old when I was born and by 24 they had three young children under four! I was very lucky, I grew up in a family with a lot of love and encouragement but not a lot of money. One key thing my parents did teach me was that I could achieve anything I set my mind to, and I believed them.

I loved playing sport much more than school and I competed at high levels all through school in athletics, swimming and basketball. Maybe being born with a deformity where I was could not walk properly made me more determined to get back up again and keep going no matter the setbacks. I worked hard at school and university and got top marks. Becoming an engineer was a childhood goal that I set when I was six years old.

So once I ticked off this goal, less than 6 months after finishing university at 22 years old, I purchased my first property development project, without a deposit and using none of my own money. It sounds too good to be true but I can assure you it took unwavering belief that it was possible because why can’t it be? This first property development deal became my reality when I was 22 and it can become yours if you choose.

My first project was a 5 house development in Morningside, 5 kilometres from Brisbane. Two years later the project was finished and was valued at $3million. I was also working 80 hours per week in my engineering job in a remote location while I did this property project on the side. I don’t say that to brag but to highlight how much little free time I had and what is possible with property. From then on I completed a number of small projects in quick succession, again while still working 80 hours per week in remote locations.

In my engineering career I experienced a life working away from family and friends, and this was a life I did not enjoy. I felt trapped in my engineering career and someday I wanted to start a family and most importantly be home for them everyday. Not to be working away in remote locations like my father did, but instead be present every day for my family.

This really drove me to do more and at the age of 27 I had more than replaced my engineering income and I quit my job to go into property full time. Over the next few years I amassed over $200million in development projects and launched a public funds management company. Since then I focus my energy on educating people in property and delivering my own property development projects. Everything I teach is from experience, from getting it right and getting it wrong, not from a textbook!

Now don’t be fooled, it took me almost 5 years and many 100 hour work weeks to figure out how to replace my income from property. Once I had this figured out it took many more years of 100 hour weeks to scale the property business to several large property projects. Every highly successful person I’ve met has had to make huge sacrifices with no guarantee of success.

So I’m not telling you to work 100 hours per week if you want to be successful, but if you do want success it does take some work and commitment. If you decide to follow my systems I can help you fast track your journey so you don’t have to do the 100 hour work weeks like I had to.

I created Liberty Blue Wealth from my desire to help people and as the meaning of the words Liberty Blue implies. My goal is to show you another way to give you the freedom and choices that wealth creates; to choose to go to your job, to choose where you live, where your kids go to school, what you do with your time, to choose it all.
